Grassroot Programs

SMSCS has a commitment to the seven Districts for Sport, Culture and Recreation within Saskatchewan. Understanding that many athletes do not have easy access to resources , we can offer a variety of our educational programming virtually to athletes, teams and organizations.  Some of these sessions include:

• Sport Nutrition

• Mental Performance

• Injury Prevention

• Concussion Education

• Sleep and Performance

SMSCS can also assist you in preparing your athletes, teams and groups for major events, such as the Saskatchewan Games.
